1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rebel Ape Marketing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Rebel Ape Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to landing page development, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and marketing consulting for home service companies.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes
• Maintain active communication throughout the engagement
• Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. Rebel Ape Marketing retains rights to pre-existing templates, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase client work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Service Performance

While we work diligently to achieve optimal results, Rebel Ape Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or ROI. Marketing performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Early termination fees may apply as outlined in individual service agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rebel Ape Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
